Coaching as a profession is now well established and I believe that many coaches feel that the time is right both personally and professionally to step up to the next level and explore the mystery of coaching.
The difference between good coaches and great coaches is their ability to tap into this mystery. It is about knowing and recognising the depths of being and having the ability to remain centred in both personal and professional life. The question is …how can this be shared?
Existing models have given us a wonderful basis to progress as coaches but, not surprisingly, they stop short of exploring what could be described as “the I beyond the me” simply because when you break through this boundary the concepts are challenging and words alone are insufficient.
